Shipping Methods
Free Shipping:
· Spend the minimum of R700 or more on any purchase to
qualify for free shipping.
· Estimated delivery time for Free Shipping on orders over
R700 is typically 7-15 business days depending on customer and product source
location.
Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping is charged on some products at a Flat rate of R150. Although some locally sourced products get free shipping even under R700.
· Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping on orders is typically 5-12 business days depending on customer and product source location.
Local Pickup or Self Pickup:
· Customers can also Pick-Up their orders at Tzaneen (with prior arrangement) or Ga-Moloko between 8am - 17:00pm. This only applies for customers residing in Tzaneen
areas. If a customer pays for an item which the price includes shipping and then choose to self pickup, then the shipping fee will be refunded to customer upon self collection. NB: Not all products include shipping fee, especially most locally sourced products. Contact Us with specific item for delivery or collection options to learn more.
